SAN BERNARDINO − Effective April 30, and as authorized by the Emergency Order granted by Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye on April 29, and for the health and safety of all court users, the San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) issues a fifth amendment to its implementation order (Order).
