VICTORVILLE, CA—In an effort to address the case backlog created by the COVID-19 pandemic, video arraignments heard at the Victorville Courthouse will be heard in Department R17 at 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse until further notice.
