SERVICES OFFERED
Members of the public with questions about San Bernardino Superior Court matters or processes may visit the Needles Courthouse for assistance. Court staff may provide practical procedural legal information, answer questions regarding process and procedure, provide resources and tools to assist with preparing necessary forms, and review completed forms prior to filing.
SELF-HELP
Self-Help services will be available onsite on the first Friday of each month in the Needles District, and will also be available remotely five days a week. For more information, visit the Self-Help webpage. When Self-Help staff are onsite in Needles, they can be located in the Courtroom building across from the Clerk’s Office, outside of Department N1.
The public will be able to receive assistance at the Needles District for cases in each litigation area. That assistance may be provided directly by clerks onsite in Needles, or it may be provided indirectly as clerks in Needles facilitate coordination of services handled by other courthouses, as listed below:
